Welcome to the26milechallenge.com. This website is dedicated to my walk from Centreville to Southeast (VA to DC). My wife doesn’t think I can walk 26 miles from my work to our home and I’m out to prove her wrong. Right now the latest date for the walk is Halloween (which also happens to be my birthday). The weather takes a turn for the worse in this area after that.
Because I’m a fairly lazy person a bit of training is needed before I undertake such a journey. Training began on Monday the 14th.
Keep me informed… hope you can do it!

Let it go down for the record – I’m the original hater and the number one hater. Challenges yet to come: Yes I can climb that tree and I can jump and touch that street sign. Looking forward to watching my “stay at home dude” provide us all with some quality homemade entertainment.
